The first step for any digital marketing campaign is making sure where you send your leads (i.e., your website) is fully optimized to convert them. Home Pro came to us as a new company that needed to convince visitors they were qualified and trustworthy in order to convert leads on a startup budget. Speaking of visitors, we had a goal of helping HPT get a lot more of them. As a new company in an established city, there was market share to gain by directing searches and traffic to their site, over their competitors’ sites. We developed an inbound marketing strategy and content marketing strategy to organically improve their ranking and put them at the top of search results.
As a new company, they also need to provide clients a sneak peak into what hiring their team will be like: enter, online reviews! Using our Review Management software, Home Pro can set the program to reach out to past clients on their behalf, requesting honest and recent reviews that are automatically added to their Google Review page, Facebook Review page, or even their BBB listing.
Additionally, through pay-per-click advertising on Google AdWords, Home Pro Transformations is now able to reach potential clients at the moment when they are searching for local contractors who they could hire to remodel their home. Since the launch of their paid campaign in February 2020, we have been able to improve Home Pro Transformations’ visibility in key search results and turn more clicks into clients.
